Data transmitted through the website may vary depending the services requested and the actions expressly authorized. Purpose of processing:

Personal data is collected from order forms, special dates provided and contact details.
Order forms: We collect the name, email address, phone number and address of the recipient to communicate the details of the order to them and to ensure proper delivery.
Special dates: We collect the name and email address in order to send a notification before the special date provided.
Contact form: We collect the name, email address and phone number in order to respond to the forwarded request.
The Company is not responsible for fake, inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date data provided by the Client.

The legal basis for data processing is provided consent. To contact us or to add comments on our website, it is necessary to accept this Privacy Policy. The future offer of products and services is subject to consent being provided, withdrawal does not affect the execution of the contract in any way.

We process identification data, which does not belong to protected categories.

2. Right of reply: correct inexact data.
3. Right of restriction: memorize personal data in order to process it in the future.
4. Right to erasure: request to erase personal data when applicable.
5. Right to object: possibility to withdraw consent to send marketing information.
6. Right to data portability: receive personal data provided to Lurmont Entertainment S.L in a structured format, of common use and machine-readable, and provide it to others responsible for processing by authorized methods.
